Our customer support team is always ready to help, and will answer your questions regarding prices, delivery times and technical or commercial questions. Our aim is to process your inquiry as quickly and accurately as possible. We communicate with our suppliers on a daily basis and will follow up your delivery until it has reached the final destination.
The customer support department employs sales engineers, logistics consultants and service engineers. Thus we are able to better track all inquiries, which in turn will ensure a short response time and good flow of information.
Many of the employees have been in the company for decades, while others have experience from other companies in similar trades. Our common goal is to provide the best follow up for our customers, and, in co-operation with the customer, find the optimal solution.
Product support
In order to keep a front edge on development we have, in close co-operation with our customers and suppliers, set up a product support department. The department is responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and the applications in which they are used.
We have instituted stringent quality requirements for our suppliers with regard to quality and ability to deliver.
Quality certificates and documentation are important parts of our deliveries, and follow-up and traceability is secured through our QA-system.
